Stuffed Pizza

Shout out to my Facebook friend Magen for sharing this yummy recipe! We all know that I LOVE pizza and I'm always on board to try new pizza recipes. This recipe was super yummy, easy to make and EVEN BETTER the second day for lunch! Hope you all enjoy!

Cook Time: 20 min
Total Time: 30 min
Ingredients:
1-2 Packages of prosciutto (6 ounces total)
1 package of pepperonis
3-4 chicken breast (optional)
1 block of Asiago cheese
1 package sliced provolone
1 (2) cup package of shredded mozzarella
1 jar of peperoncinis
1 bottle of Garlic Aoli
2 Wewalka pizza crust
Butter
Minced garlic
Cooking Directions:
In the InstaPot place 1 cup of chicken broth, then place chicken breast on rack and cook at high pressure for 22 minutes (or you can bake/boil the chicken)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Grease baking sheet pan and roll out first package of pizza dough
Layer prosciutto, pepperoni, provolone slices, shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella, peperoncinis, garlic aioli all in that order
Place second pizza crust on top and pinch edges
Bake in oven for 14 minutes
While stuffed pizza is cooking, melt butter and mix with minced garlic (by personal preference)
Shred 1/3 cup Asiago cheese
Remove from oven and spread buttery garlic mix and shredded Asiago on top and bake for another 6-8 mins or until crust is brown to your liking
